Welcome to HoneNURSE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HoneNURSE website, digital publications, practice exams, and software tools (collectively, the "Service"), operated by HoneNURSE.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Scope

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
  2. Geographic Focus: The Service is designed, hosted, and intended for nursing students and healthcare candidates in the United States. All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars ($ USD).
  3. Self-Serve Digital Goods: HoneNURSE provides self-serve educational digital products, including downloadable educational ebooks, automated computer-based practice examinations, and browser software extensions (HoneLENS). HoneNURSE does not provide live tutoring, private coaching, accredited degree programs, or employment staffing.

2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

  1. Merchant of Record: All payment transactions on the Service are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. When purchasing products on HoneNURSE, your purchase is subject to Dodo Payments' customer terms and billing policies.
  2. Tax Collection: Dodo Payments calculates, collects, and remits applicable state and local sales taxes, VAT, or digital service taxes on behalf of HoneNURSE.
  3. Disputes and Inquiries: Billing inquiries, charge issues, and transaction disputes may be addressed through Dodo Payments Customer Portal ([customer.dodopayments.com]()) or via HoneNURSE support at support@honenurse.com.

3. Product Access, Accounts, and Licenses

  1. Account Registration: You must provide a valid email address to authenticate via email one-time password (OTP) or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
  2. Ebook Purchases: Ebooks purchased on HoneNURSE are licensed for individual personal educational study only. Downloading is available from your secure account vault. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, or public posting of ebook files is strictly prohibited.
  3. Practice Examination Access: Practice exams are fixed-form computerized mock examinations accessed via our secure exam interface. Each purchase includes access for the specified attempt limit or subscription duration.
  4. HoneLENS Licenses: HoneLENS Pro licenses provide access to elevated feature limits within the HoneLENS Chrome extension. HoneLENS operates on the student's browser and uses the student's own optional AI provider API keys. HoneNURSE does not route or store research papers analyzed locally in your browser.

4. Educational Disclaimers and No Guarantees

  1. Educational Purpose Only: For education only. Not clinical advice. Follow your facility's policy and your instructor's guidance. All study materials, guides, rationales, and exams are provided strictly for educational study purposes. They do not constitute clinical guidance, medical advice, patient diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
  2. No Licensure Guarantees: HoneNURSE makes no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding examination performance, licensure outcomes, or employment hiring. Results reports provide readiness band classifications intended solely as study aids to identify areas for review.
  3. Opportunities Directory: The Opportunities directory is an informational resource curated from public employer listings. HoneNURSE is not an employment agency or recruiter. Candidates must independently verify job requirements, deadlines, and license prerequisites directly on the employer's official website.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and subscription cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Digital Products: 14-day refund window on first purchases of ebooks and practice exams, provided the ebook has not been downloaded from the vault and the exam attempt has not been started.
  • Subscriptions: HoneLENS Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly) can be cancelled at any time via the Dodo Customer Portal or account settings. Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period, and subscriptions do not renew after cancellation.
  • Semester Pass: The HoneLENS Pro Semester Pass is a one-time purchase providing 120 days of continuous access. It is not an auto-renewing subscription and does not renew automatically.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Integrity Rules

You agree not to:

  • Bypass, disable, or tamper with the secure examination interface, full-screen protections, or session controls.
  • Copy, screen-record, scrape, or distribute examination questions, answer keys, rationales, or proprietary content.
  • Share account credentials or license keys with third parties.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

Violations of examination integrity or unauthorized distribution of intellectual property will result in immediate termination of account access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

  • HoneNURSE Trademarks: The HoneNURSE name, HoneLENS, logo, and website design are proprietary assets of HoneNURSE.
  • Third-Party Trademarks: NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), which is not affiliated with HoneNURSE.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HoneNURSE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  3. Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the place where the operator of HoneNURSE is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before any formal dispute, contact support@honenurse.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
